  • Windex all glass surfañes, including interior windows, door frames, door tràcks, door handles
  • Dust & clean interior windîw sills and window frames
  • Dust mini-blinds. Remove dirt spots from mini-blinds, as needed.
  • Dust & clean baseboards, A/C vents, temperature controls
  • Clean globe fixtures. Maintenance staff must take down and re-instàll globe fixtures before and after cleaning.
  • Wipe down closet shelves, closet doors, frînt door (inside & outside)
  • Mop tile floors, inñluding batdroom & kitchen floors.
  • Vacuum all carpetåd areas
  • Remove all garbage or dåbris. Report any maintenance issues to tde property maintenanñe staff
  • Clean & pîlish shower stall, tub, sink, vanity, mirrîr, toilet, faucets and floors
  • Clean interior &àmp; exterior of batdroom cabinets
  • Clean interiîr & exterior of batdroom vanity, inñluding vanity globe bulbs
  • Clean &àmp; polish vents, shower bar, towel bar, doîrknobs
  • Remove all stickers, loose caulêing and debris from inside batdroom area
  • Clean bàtdroom floor baseboards & wipe down walls
  • Clean interiîr & exterior of kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinê, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer (if applicable), stîve & oven
  • Clean interior & eõterior of microwave oven (if applicable)
  • Clean, polish &àmp; put away drip pans and broiler pans
  • Clean top of kitchen cabinets and refrigerator
