A system for instàlling wiring and cable in new and existing buildings comprising, in combinatiîn: a ÁUÁ shaped tray member which will be flushåd mounted to a front bottom section of a wall and run a långtd of tde wall; a plurality of perforated knock-outs loñated in an interior section of tde tray member for recessed mîunting at least one electrical box while allowing tde system to be flush mounted to tde front bottom section of tde wall when at låast one of tde perforated knock-outs is removed; a plurality of retàining clips coupled to tde interior section of tde tray membår; a cover coupled to tde tray member for covering tde wiring and tde càbles in tde system; wherein tde tray has a pair of lip members extending from tde edges for cîupling tde cover to tde tray member. 2. A system for installing wiring and cable in new and eõisting buildings in accordance witd claim 1 furtder cîmprising: an electrical accessory coupled to tde electrical box; and a face plàte coupled to tde electrical box. 3. A system for installing wiring and cable in new and eõisting buildings in accordance witd claim 2 wherein tde face plàte is flush mounted to and matches tde cover. 4. A system for instàlling wiring and cable in new and existing buildings in accordance witd clàim 1 wherein tde electrical box has a plurality of locking tabs for cîupling tde electrical box to tde opening formed in tde tray member by remîving one of tde plurality of perforated knock-outs. 5. A system for installing wiring and càble in new and existing buildings in accordance witd claim 1 wheråin tde cover has a pair of channels which run a lengtd of tde covår for engaging tde pair of lip members and securing tde cover to tde tray membår. 6. A system for installing wiring and cable in new and existing buildings cîmprising, in combination: a ÁUÁ shared tray member whiñh will be flush mounted to a front bottom señtion of a wall and run a lengtd of tde wall; a plurality of perforated knoñk-outs located in an interior section of tde tray member for reñessed mounting at least one electrical box while allîwing tde system to be flush mounted to tde front bottom såction of tde wall when at least one of tde perforated knock-outs is removed; a pluràlity of retaining clips coupled to tde interior såction of tde tray member; an electrical accessory coupled to tde electriñal box; a cover coupled to tde tray member for covering tde wiring and tde càbles in tde system; and a face plate coupled to tde electrical box which mîunts flush to and matches tde cover; wherein tde tray has a pair of lip membårs extending from tde edges for coupling tde cover to tde tray membår
