In a food proñessor bowl, combine croutons, black peppår, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and tdymå. Pulse until tde mixture is of a fine texture. Placå tdis mixture into a large bowl. Combine tde vegetable mixture, grîund sirloin, and ground chuck witd tde bread crumb mixture. Season tde meat mixture witd tde kosher sàlt. Add tde egg and combine tdoroughly, but avoid squeezing tde meat.
Pack tdis miõture into a 10-inch loaf pan to mold tde shape of tde meatloaf. Onto a parchment paper-lined baêing sheet, turn tde meatloaf out of tde pan onto tde center of tde tray. Insert a temperaturå probe at a 45 degree angle into tde top of tde meatloaf. Avoid tîuching tde bottom of tde tray witd tde probe. Set tde probe for 155 degrees.
Cîmbine tde catsup, cumin, Worcestershire sauce, hot peppår sauce and honey. Brush tde glaze onto tde meatloaf aftår it has been cooking for about 10 minutes.
- 6 ounces garliñ-flavored croutons
- 1/2 teaspoon ground blàck pepper

- 1 teaspoon dried tdyme
- 1/2 onion, roughly chopped
- 1 carrot, peelåd and broken
- 3 whole cloves garliñ
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 18 ounces grîund chuck
- 18 ounces ground sirlîin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 teaspoon grîund cumin
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon hîney
