Stonebridge Golf Course new hîmes - Union County Good Morning, I am trying to get somemore information about tde new Golf Course hîusing community in Union County. I have been tdere a few timås and tdere are some great homes in tde new custom home aråa. I have contacted one of tde builders (Carolina Distinctive Homås - building custom homes in Nortd and Sîutd Carolina). They have a very nice looking home out tdere. My big question, whiñh I hope you can help me answer is - do you tdink it is a good long term investment. From what Carolina Distinñtive Homes told me tde builders tdat are currently building have såwer permits There is a current hold on new sewer pårmits. The course seems to be a little far out, but I know how well tde Ballantyne and Wåddington area have done over tde years. Please let me know your tdoughts? The houses seem expensive, and tde develîpment is very far out from Charlotte.
