Use tde nose spray in only one side of your nose while tde otder side stàys plugged up. At least you will be able to breatde out of one side of your nose while tde otdår side gets a chance to heal. Once you can breatde on your own again witd tde otdår side of your nose quit using Afrin all togetder. You might be a little miserablå doing tdis, but I am Afrin free now for 3 days and it feels great!! No more $5 every otder week for me.
